TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading or playing ENLINKEN, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

ENLINKEN is a single-player mobile puzzle game. Numbers that share a digit link into chains; the longest link on the board is the target; one wrong link ends the run. The game includes:

• A levels campaign, played offline
• An endless mode with resumable runs
• Optional in-app purchases

3. LICENSE

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ENLINKEN on devices you own or control, through the App Store or Google Play. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, modify, or reverse engineer the app, or remove any notices from it.

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Play fair — don't cheat, exploit bugs, or tamper with the app
• Don't use the app in any way that breaks the law
• Comply with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and Google Play Terms of Service

5. PURCHASES

• Processing: purchases are processed through RevenueCat using the Apple App Store or Google Play payment systems
• Restoring: purchases can be restored in the app's settings on any device signed into the same store account
• Refunds: all refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies — contact App Store Support or Google Play Support
• Changes: we may add, change, or remove purchasable content. If a paid feature is removed, it will stop at what you've already earned
• Third-party processing: RevenueCat processes payments on our behalf. Review RevenueCat's Terms of Service

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The ENLINKEN name, wordmark, artwork, sounds, code, and design are owned by us and protected by copyright. Your save data and stats are yours. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the game without obligation or credit.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

ENLINKEN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that data will never be lost — though we do our best on all three.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENLINKEN's creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost data or lost profits — resulting from your use of the app.

9. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE & THESE TERMS

We may update the game or these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If we ever discontinue the game, your local save data remains on your device and is unaffected.

10. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to the app for violation of these terms. Sections 6–8 survive any termination.
